1.5. Specifics of Bets Settlement
1.5.1. Event start date and time, specified in line, are for information purposes. Wrong date, time or additional information (status or stage of the tournament, the score of the first match, etc.) shall not constitute grounds for cancelling a bet. If the event takes place earlier or later than the originally announced date, the result shall be considered valid, and bets are valid if they are made before the event. If the event is postponed for 3 or more days, the bets are cancelled. If the event is postponed for up to 3 days, bets remain valid, but the bookmaker is entitled to decide on bets cancellation without waiting for the end of the event. Bettors are informed about this in the official results of the bookmaker. If an NBA, NHL, MLB or NFL game did not take place or was not finished on the appointed day, the bets will be refunded immediately on the next day, except when the event date was indicated incorrectly.
1.5.1.1. In the absence of official information on the results for more than 2 days, the bookmaker has the right to decide on cancellation of bets, as well as in case the results appear, may decide to recalculate the bets.
1.5.2. The team playing at home is indicated first in the event list. In case the match is played on a field belonging to the team indicated second in the event list (except for matches between teams from the same city), the bet on this match is cancelled and excluded from parlays. In all cases, transfer of games on a neutral field does not constitute grounds to cancel the bets.
1.5.2.1 If tournaments are held with the participation of several commands, or participants in one city, the first teams will be indicted arbitrarily.
1.5.3. Interrupted events:
**1.5.3.1* Event shall be deemed finished if it was interrupted and was not played out within 24 hours, and there have been played at least: soccer- 65 minutes; basketball NBA - 35 minutes; European basketball - 35 minutes; hockey NHL - 50 minutes; Euro hockey (incl. Russia) - 50 minutes; ball hockey - 60 min.; American football - 50 minutes; baseball - 5 innings. The exception is the case of an equal score at the time of suspension of matches in those sports, where draw are not allowed by rules (basketball, baseball, American football, NHL play-off series, etc.). In these cases, the event is considered cancelled.
1.5.3.2 In cases not listed in paragraph 1.5.3.1, if the event is interrupted and not played out within 24 hours, it is considered cancelled.
1.5.3.3 For interrupted events that are deemed cancelled, all bets are to be cancelled, except the bets on sports games, the result of which at the time of stopping was unambiguously defined (for example, who will score the 1st goal, get YC, total "more" took place, etc.). For interrupted events all bets are to unconditionally cancelled except for bets on comparative effectiveness of half-times and periods and "Comparison" bets.
1.5.3.4 Interrupted events that are deemed completed are calculated on general grounds.
1.5.3.5 For individual sports, additional features of calculation of bets are possible, if they are specified in the relevant paragraphs of the Rules.
1.5.4. If the initial result of a completed event is later on cancelled for any reason, the cancellation is not taken into account, and the bets are payable in accordance with the initial (actual) result. The result declared on the basis of official protocols and other official sources of information immediately after the event is deemed actual. In the absence of results in official sources, the Company has the right to use alternative sources of information. [List of official sources of information] (/official/).
1.5.5. All current results that appear on the site, serve only as background information. The Bookmaker seeks to accurately reflect current score, however, assumes no responsibility for the consequences of the bets made on the basis of these current results. Please use alternative sources of information when playing on live-bets (e.g., television, etc.). In disputable cases with no precedent, the final decision lies with the bookmaker.
1.5.6. In case of errors by personnel or software failures when accepting bets (obvious typos in coefficients, mismatched coefficients in different positions, etc.) and if there are other arguments confirming the incorrectness of a bet, the Company has the right to declare the bet void.
1.5.7. If a bet is declared void, this bet is cancelled, and if it is included in a parlay or a perm, then for purposes of calculating it will be considered with coefficient 1.
1.5.8. When placing bets, it is prohibited to use hardware and software tools that use algorithms for automatic decision making, as well as programs and scripts that perform auto-completion of forms and automatically send queries, including so-called. "bots". The Administration has the right to block accounts, whose owners have violated this rule, revoke bets made from such accounts, as well as block or recapture the funds available on the balance.
1.5.9. The Administration does not recommend that two or more participants place bets from one IP address (from one computer, or from a local network) to avoid suspicions of collusion (fraud). In such cases, it is necessary to agree on the possibility of playing with the Administration, explaining the reasons. Administration reserves the right to block the account of such a player and ask him to forward identification documents.
